  • Overview

    The Site Manager is responsible for leading, developing and driving the strategic direction within our customer's site. 

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the performance of Maintenance team members over multiple shifts to ensure the successful completion of maintenance and repair on customer equipment and facilities systems.
    • Establish relationships with customer Site Leads and team members to establish trust and credibility in the delivery of FM services.
    • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
    • Direct and coordinate the maintenance staff and prioritize assignments.
    • Ensure preventative and predictive equipment maintenance meets and exceeds customer expectations.
    • Ensure optimum operating efficiency of customer’s machinery and equipment.
    • Ensures that all safety guidelines at the site are adhered to in accordance with our safety program requirements.
    • Monitor facility costs and expenses, including tracking material, labor and controllable utility costs and working with subordinates to manage and eliminate waste.
    • Responsible for coordinating staffing to meet schedules and customer requirements.
    • Develop scope of services and assist in vendor negotiations for new and the maintenance of existing contracts.
    • Facilitates customer review and planning meetings.
    • Responds to customer concerns and inquiries.
    • Provide data analysis and reporting as required.
    • Responsible for staff training and development, performance reviews, and disciplinary measures.
    • Manage KPI's for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment.
    • Develop & maintain process controls for the most efficient method of performing assigned Scope of Work (SOW) in the most cost-effective way.
    • Develop and maintain positive relationship, being the primary interface with customer representatives.
    • Ensure delivery of committed services and overall customer satisfaction.
    • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in facility management.
    • Progressive management experience within a manufacturing environment.
    • Previous project management experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of building/mechanical and electrical systems.
    • Experience with CMMS, Maximo preferred.
    • Previous experience creating and maintaining maintenance program.
    • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to plan and manage with budget and time constraints.
    • Safety and quality conscience.
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
